Welcome To: Logan Square
Sarah Parisi in ls
Thinking about making the move to Logan Square? We totally get it. This neighborhood is where charm meets space, giving you room to grow while staying close to everything you love about city living. With its tree-lined boulevards, historic homes + thriving local scene, Logan Square has a little something for everyone.
Just ask Sarah Parisi, The Clutter Curator + a Logan Square resident, who fell in love with the area for its roomy homes, great layout + endless potential. Since moving in, she and her husband have made it their own with custom closets and a cozy + functional front seating area designed with their friend Karina. But what truly makes it home? The tight-knit community, where neighbors stay for generations, kids play outside all summer, and backyard hangs last late into the night.
Morning Musts – The best way to start the day? With a latte from Necessary & Sufficient + a stop at Sugar Moon—let’s be real, you’re definitely grabbing a pastry (or two.) If you’re more of a brunch person, Lula Café is a neighborhood staple that never misses.
Parks & Weekend Strolls – One of the best parts of Logan Square is how green it feels. A walk down Logan Boulevard makes you forget you’re in the city, with wide sidewalks, lush trees, and stunning historic homes lining the street. On Sundays (spring - fall), the Logan Square Farmers Market is the place to be—stock up on fresh flowers, produce, and the best local treats. Parks are all around for the kiddos to enjoy.
Dinner & Drinks Done Right – Whether you're craving tacos at Lonesome Rose, wood-fired pizza at Paulie Gee’s, or an elevated Mediterranean feast at Andros Taverna, Logan Square’s food scene is tasty + attainable being nestled away from the hustle + bustle of the city. And when it’s time for a cocktail? The Whistler, Lost Lake, or Scofflaw always bring the vibe.
Room to Grow – Unlike some of Chicago’s denser neighborhoods, Logan Square actually gives you space. We’re talking bigger homes, backyards, garages + extra rooms—perfect for anyone looking to spread out a little without giving up city life. Whether you’re after a charming bungalow, a classic greystone, or a modern new build, Logan Square has options for every style.
Feeling a little cramped in your current space? Dreaming of extra room to spread out—maybe a bigger kitchen, a backyard, or just a little more breathing room? Logan Square might have exactly what you're looking for. Let’s chat + see if upsizing in this neighborhood is the right move for you.
