As the Heyday Homes Showing Specialist, you will work alongside a Lead Agent to ensure that clients have a smooth buying and selling experience from start to finish, and beyond.

This position is a full-time role, 100% commission, 40+ hours/week role, and involves frequent evening + weekend hours. You must have your own vehicle. Real estate experience + an active real estate license are required.

Senior Agent

Heyday Homes is looking for an experienced real estate agent who is ready to focus on doing what you love -- working with clients -- while maintaining a life outside of work.

We are committed to fostering meaningful client relationships and handling all the details on your behalf. As a member of our team, you will have access to a network of professionals dedicated to expanding their expertise and perspective, all while assisting you in achieving your goals.

The Heyday Homes agent’s primary focus is to lead generate for new business, consistently nurture a pipeline of leads, ensure a client gets from offer to contract to close, and provide an outstanding client experience before, during, and after the transaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Lead generate for 10-15 hours a week using the Heyday events as a tool

  • Lead Follow-Up: Follow up with all leads in a timely manner to convert into appointments

  • Sign Clients: Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments to sign buyer + seller client agreements

  • Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers and buyers

  • Skill Practice: Participate in team skill practice 2-3x a week per team standards

  • Education: Develop expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, neighborhoods, schools, and all homeownership issues

  • Dedicated Showing Partners: The lead agent will work closely with a showing partner who will attend buyer/seller showings, inspections, open houses, and appraisals

Qualifications

  • Active real estate license

  • 2+ years of proven real estate experience

  • Reliable car

  • Reside within the City of Chicago

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
