We really wanted a neighborhood feel, but to be close to our favorite restaurants and music venues. We love that there are so many parks nearby and that its a very walkable part of the city. It's close enough to everything, but we're tucked away enough to be able to feel like we have our own little hideout.

I can't imagine living in a different neighborhood. It's been an ideal location for everything I enjoy; close to downtown where I work, bustling restaurants and bars, walking distance to the lake, while still having the charm and character of the neighborhoods on the northside that I love.

Wicker Park checked all the boxes for me:

✔ Walkable to my office in West Loop (not so relevant in the WFH world ;))

✔ Tree lined streets with a neighborhood/city feel

✔ Large selection of bars, restaurants and shops

✔ Close to blue line for easy rides to O'Hare
